HUNTAIR retrofitted existing vane aexial system that supported 90% of the hospital with a FANWALL system that now supplies 100% of the CFM requirement for the hospital.
Retrofit was accomplished without shutting down a single fan system and without costly demolition.
Retrofit resulted in a 112 amp reduction and approximately $75,000 a year in energy savings.

350,000 ft² office building needed upgrade to six aging air handling systems.
Replacement air handlers or fans were too large to fit inside the building.
Solution: Knock-down air handlers with a FANWALL system – 9 FANWALL cubes in the supply unit (55,000 CFM) and 4 cubes in the return unit (33,000 cfm) at 5” TSP.
System delivers lower acoustic levels, increased airflows, and improved airflow through coil and filters.
